Narrowly ("the game," "we," "us") is a simple arcade game. This policy explains what information the game does and does not handle. Our approach is to collect as little as possible.
Narrowly has no accounts, no logins, and no sign-up. We do not ask for your name, email, or any personal details to play. Your game progress is stored on your own device, not on our servers.
To make the game work, Narrowly saves a small amount of data locally on your device (using your browser's local storage or the app's local storage). This includes things like your best score, your Narrows balance, which skins you've unlocked, and your sound preference. This data stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is removed if you clear your browser/app data or uninstall the app.
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the game is played in aggregate (for example, how far players get, or which features are used) so we can improve it. If enabled, this data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. It is used only to improve Narrowly.
The current version of Narrowly is ad-free. If we add advertising in the future, we will update this policy first and, where required, ask for your consent. Ad providers, if used, may process limited device information (such as an advertising identifier) to serve ads; you will be able to review and manage this through your device settings and any consent prompt we show.
If you buy anything in the game (for example, "Remove Ads" or a skin), the purchase is handled by the app store (Apple App Store, Google Play, or Amazon Appstore) or the payment provider — not by us directly. We receive confirmation that a purchase was made, but we do not receive or store your payment card details.
If you contact support (by email or through the in-page help), we receive the message you send and any details you choose to include so we can help you. We use it only to respond to your request. If the in-page assistant is used, your message may be processed by a third-party AI provider solely to generate a helpful reply; it is not used to identify you.
Narrowly is suitable for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the game requires no personal information to play, there is nothing for a child to submit. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will address it.
You can clear all locally stored game data at any time by clearing your browser/app data or uninstalling the app. Because we don't hold personal data on our servers, there is no account to delete.
If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here and update the date above. Significant changes (for example, adding ads) will be reflected before the change takes effect.
